We use several logistics partners and try to ship most orders within 3-5 working days. Shipments within Germany are often delivered with a tracking number. Delivery can usually be made between 3-5 working days.
Delivery outside Germany:
All orders outside of Germany are shipped via multiple logistics partners. Once the shipment reaches the destination country, it can be processed by the local logistics partner. Please note that large deliveries may be subject to customs clearance, which is outside of our control and could therefore cause a delay to your package. We reserve the right to change these restrictions at any time in the future.
