You are welcome to send your Jolly Designs items back to us within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in new condition and without personalization for a refund.

You must bear the return shipping costs.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY RETURNS WITH HERMES AS WE HAVE HAD MANY PROBLEMS HERE IN THE PAST (NO GUARANTEE FOR HERMES RETURNS)!!!
